  • 劉炯朗院士認為搜尋引擎Google, Yahoo, 百度，有amplify knowledge的效果(將好的「知識」放大被獲取或影響的效果，壞知識亦然。) 數位落差部分，可以分成三個層面：
    1. laptop (電腦，如目前受到很多關注的One Laptop per Child計畫)
    2. network access (網路連線能力)
    3. content (內容與瞭解內容的基本訓練): 在網路上搜尋資料，需要基本的Chinese literacy(中文語言能力)、English literacy(英文語言能力)、Geography literacy(地理能力)等的基本訓練來閱讀內容。

20071020 如何讓Word檔中的中文都是細明體，英文都是times new roman

  1. 先設定全部文字為細明體
  2. 再設定全部文字為times new roman
可能times new roman字型無法套用到中文字，細明體設定還會保留。但要注意一些符號(例如: □)會受到英文字型影響。

  • add the following line
