(1) 使用者意見

1. 搜尋 "主機服務名稱 sucks" 或 "主機服務名稱 斷線"等關鍵字，可以找到網友針對該主機服務的抱怨文
2. 搜尋 黑心主機商 ex: Google 搜尋: 黑心主機商
3. 觀察官方的論壇上，使用者意見回覆的效率

(2) 考慮日後跳船的可能

• 建議不要用主機廠商提供的free domain, 有自己的 domain (domain mapping, 自訂網域) 會比較好, 方便日後轉移不同主機廠商的服務

(3) 評比/工具

• IP Neighbour : Find sites on the same IP address: 查同一台 IP，有多少網站？如果有上千個，就要考慮是否要換其他服務。
