WikiMapia -- Koriakine與Saveliev結合Google Maps與Wikipedia兩者的概念，讓每個人可以選取地圖上某個地點，編寫該地點的註解(Title, Description, Tags)與用途類型。

20060308 Problems of IME: 無法切換輸入法

Problems of IME(input method environment)

現象

  • 無法切換輸入法: 無法使用Ctrl+Shift切換輸入法，只能用滑鼠點選輸入法圖示來進行切換。
  • 在注音輸入法模式下，可以順利輸入中英文。
  • 在新注音輸入法模式下，在記事本(notepad)可以順利輸入中英文，但是在MS Word僅能輸入英文，中文竟然不能輸入。


解決方法

解決方法1:

  • 直接移除Office XP, 重新安裝Office 2003

解決方法2: Office XP與2003併存(不建議)

  1. Office 2003光碟: 移除Office共用工具:「替代使用者輸入」 (先前是從Office XP更新到Office 2003)
  2. 控制台: 地區及語言選項 -> 語言標籤 -> 詳細資料: 移除所有鍵盤, 只剩下美式鍵盤
  3. 參考「OFFXP：CTFMON 是什麼，它能做些什麼？」移除文字服務
  4. 重新新增「新注音鍵盤」、「注音鍵盤」
  5. 測試Notepad, MS Word, 網頁，均可順利(1)以ctrl+shift切換輸入法以及(2)以shift切換中英文輸入

20060223 Search Gmail

Webmail (兩個都具有自動轉寄功能)

  1. mail2000 (如果主機是Open WebMail version 2.40, 也有支援自動轉寄)
  2. gmail

對外名義是[email protected]

使用: 登入Gmail server, 但寄發信件時, 以[email protected] 帳號名義發信.


mail2000端的設定

  • 個人設定 -> 信件處理_自動轉寄: 自動轉寄到 Gmail帳號

Gmail端的設定

  • 驗證具備其他email身分: Settings -> Accounts: Send mail as [email protected]
  • 通過身分驗證之後, 當你寄信時, 在From處有下拉式選單, 可以選擇你要用何種名義寄信
  • (選擇性) 新增Filter: 當寄信人(from)等於[email protected], 則Skip Inbox, Apply label bak (無法使用sent, draft, archive等system specific names)


對外名義是[email protected]

mail2000的信件在gmail會有複本

使用: 登入mail2000 server, 但寄發信件時, 以Gmail 帳號名義發信.


mail2000端的設定

  • 信箱服務_外部信件: 新增 Gmail POP3 帳號
  • 個人設定 -> 個人化設定_使用環境: 取消登入自動收取外部信件
  • 個人設定 -> 信件處理_自動轉寄: 自動轉寄到 Gmail帳號
  • 當你寄發信件時
    • 寄件人: Gmail POP3 帳號發信
    • 副本(cc)或秘密複本(bcc)到gmail, 相當於寄件備份
      • 法1(不建議): cc給gmail, 建議使用加上標籤的帳號名稱, 例如 [email protected]
      • 法2: bcc給gmail亦可

Gmail端的設定

  • 啟用POP3
  • 自動轉寄: 當信件寄到Gmail 時自動轉寄到mail2000 (使用filter 或 Settings -> Forwarding and POP: forward a copy of incoming mail to ...)
  • 新增Filter, 目的是不用重複看已經讀過的信件
    • 法1(不建議): 當收信人(to)等於[email protected], 則Skip Inbox, Apply label bak 不過如果其他人回覆信件時, 也cc給該信件, 就會導致條件誤判
    • 法2: 當寄信人(from)等於[email protected], 則Skip Inbox, Apply label bak


臨時改用gmail, 希望gmail的信件在mail2000會有複本

使用: mail2000突然無法登入, 臨時改用gmail server

mail2000端的設定

  • 個人設定 -> 廣告信管理: 新增 一拋棄式帳號
  • 個人設定 -> 信件處理_信件過濾: 如果寄信人等於Gmail帳號, 則將信存入送信匣

Gmail端的設定

  • 寄發信件時
    • bcc給mail2000的 拋棄式帳號


心得

  • Gmail在部份中文字串的處理仍有問題, 不適合全面跳船轉換
  • 原本只想使用Gmail端的POP3功能, 但是發現從mail2000寄出去的信件, 會重複收回來. 嘗試使用filter將這些寄出的信件加上label並且Skip the inbox (Archive it), 但是發現還是會被視為新信收回來. 因此mail2000這端必須取消登入自動收取外部信件.

預設標籤(default labels)

  • label:inbox 收信匣,
    • label:read 已讀信件 (搜尋時 lable:read 與 is:read 的效果一樣),,
    • label:unread 新信件/未讀信件 (搜尋時 lable:unread 與 is:unread 的效果一樣),,
  • label:starred 已加星號標記 (搜尋時 lable:starred 與 is:starred 的效果一樣),
  • is:important Gmail建議的重要信件 (優先收件匣簡介 - Gmail說明, How importance ranking works - Gmail Help[Last visited: 2012-02-07])
  • label:chat 交談記錄 (搜尋時 lable:chat 與 in:chat 、 is:chat 的效果一樣),
  • label:sent 寄件備份,
  • label:draft 或 label:drafts 草稿 (搜尋時 label:draft 與 is:drafts 的效果一樣),
  • label:anywhere 所有郵件(含垃圾信件/廣告信件 與 垃圾桶的信件),

  • file size of attachment:
    • input larger:20m or size:20m to search the attachment larger than 20 MB or

experimental function:

  • label:muted 標示為Muted的信件對話，如果有新信件，將不會顯示在收信匣 (需要至lab啟用Smart mute) (搜尋時 label:muted 與 is:muted 的效果一樣)

  • 列出所有標籤，然後再排除它們(參考資料)：搜尋語法是 -label:標籤名稱1 -label:標籤名稱2 -label:標籤名稱3
  • 如果標籤已經很多，就顯得很麻煩

  • 'lang:zh' or 'language:chinese' will search only Chinese letters (include Simplified and Traditional Chinese)
    • 'lang:zh-cn' will search only Simplified Chinese letters
