  • MS Word: 將文字複製後, 選擇「選擇性貼上」，再選「圖片」。 Icon_exclaim.gif 缺點: 產生的圖形過長，多了多餘的空白。

  • Good.gif 選取該頁簡報的全部物件，貼到小畫家上
  • 使用 擷圖軟體手動擷取簡報畫面為圖檔
  • MS PowerPoint 2002: 選單 -> 另存檔案 -> 檔案類型選擇圖檔。 Icon_exclaim.gif 微軟正黑體的文字，轉換後會糊掉。
