== 檔案管理 ==
檔名命名規則
* 利用符號、數字、英文字母、中文字的先後順序排列的規則，將符號或數字作為常用或特殊檔案或資料夾名稱，方便存取。
* 將時常變動的部分放在檔名後面，例如 file name 160324 需要時常更改最後的數字 160324，則將數字放在檔名後面，方便日後修改。

=== Email 附檔管理 ===
當多封 Email 附檔導致版本過多，要找最新版本檔案很花時間時，可以考慮使用雲端硬碟，放置最新版本的檔案。

** 關閉所有檔案，Notepad++ 開啟 group.session 檔案，即可開啟同時多個文件。
