如何壓縮檔案的檔案大小

壓縮簡報檔MS PowerPoint (.PPT)的檔案大小

在簡報的任何一張圖片上，按右鍵選擇設定圖片格式。
切換到「圖片」標籤，點選壓縮按鈕。
- 選擇套用至「文件中的所有圖片」
- 變更解析度: 選擇「Web/畫面」 (解析度: 96dpi)
然後按「確定」

壓縮Portable Document Format (.PDF) 的檔案大小

如果原始檔案是Word或PPT，可使用2007 Microsoft Office 增益集：Microsoft 另存 PDF 或 XPS 檔最佳化 →
- 標準-線上發佈和列印
- 最小值-線上發佈
