Gmail with SSL

• 新增一個標籤(Label): Unread

將會看到所有未讀的新信件

• 過濾器(filter)
  • 如果你的 Gmail 帳號是: [email protected]，則您可以在 yourgmailid 的文字中間任意加上一個小數點。也就是說: winsoncafe@gmail = winson.cafe@gmail。
  • 在 yourgmailid 與 @gmail.com 之間補上一個 "+" 號後，可以填補任意的文字進去。也就是說: [email protected] = [email protected]。

開一個叫做 Backup 的標籤 (label)。建一個過濾器 (filter)，並設定為當我將郵件送到 [email protected] 之後，自動歸檔到 Backup 標籤之下。一旦我要備份檔案時，我只要發一封電子郵件寄到我自己的 [email protected] 帳號就可以了。(出處：文森咖啡館, Cache)

Gmail快爆掉了，想申請新的Gmail...

申請新的Gmail後，別人寄到舊的Gmail仍然會收到信的設定方法。

(1)原來的Gmail帳號必需設定自動轉寄

• Settings --> Forwarding and POP -->
• Forward a copy of incoming mail to "新的Gmail位址" and "delete Gmail's copy"
• 然後按Save the change按鈕

(2)新的Gmail帳號必需設定舊Gmail的身份辨識

• Settings --> Accounts --> Add another email address: 輸入舊Gmail位址
• 返回舊Gmail信箱收信，確認身份辨識，日後新的Gmail帳號就可以使用舊Gmail的身份

(3)轉移通訊錄

登入舊Gmail帳號，匯出通訊錄

1. 點選左側側邊欄的Contact，將會列出Frequently Mailed的通訊錄名稱
2. 點選網頁右方的 Export，輸出格式請選「Gmail CSV (for import into another Gmail account) 」，然後按「Export Contacts」按鈕，將檔案儲存到個人電腦桌面。

登入新Gmail帳號，匯入通訊錄

1. 點選左側側邊欄的Contact，再點選網頁右方的 Import
2. File to import: 選擇剛才儲存在桌面的通訊錄檔案，然後按「Import Contacts」按鈕。
