- 在簡報的任何一張圖片上，按右鍵選擇設定圖片格式。
- 切換到「圖片」標籤，點選壓縮按鈕。
- 選擇套用至「文件中的所有圖片」
- 變更解析度: 選擇「Web/畫面」 (解析度: 96dpi)
- 然後按「確定」

PowerPoint 2007
MS Office Word也可以使用上述方法壓縮檔案大小。
其他簡報壓縮軟體
哪種場合不適合壓縮簡報？
- 簡報使用可以分成幾種場合 1. 電腦螢幕上播放, 2. 列印在A4紙張, 3. 投影到教室(約50人)白版/屏幕, 4. 投影到大型演講室(約百人以上)的白版。
- 如果有圖佔滿一整面簡報，那麼將簡報壓縮，會造成影響的是第4種場合，因為失真的狀況被放大了，看得很清楚，所以要壓縮前要清楚簡報使用的場合，或者備份未壓縮的原始檔。
