透過Drupal與FoF進行Feeds/News Aggregator，設定*/2(每兩小時)與*/6(半天)的Cron Job，雖然避免每小時提出要求，但是會發生有個時間點重覆要求相同feed兩次。

成一个新的版本这么简单,再加上一定的权限吗？如有两个人在同一时间改了相同的数据呢,是同一时间提交
