學生議會與學生會的各單位與幹部職稱的英文名稱

學生會總稱

學生會、學生聯合會的英文：Student Association、 Student Union、 Student Government、Student Assembly、 Student Body、The Associated Students、The Associated Students Organization、Student Agency、Student Alliance、Student Society 註：英國學生會常用 Student Union，而美國則無一定用法。

• 大學學生會的英文:
  • (1) 學校全名 + Student Association、Student Association of 學校全名
    例如: Rice University Student Association、Associated Students of Stanford University
  • (2) 學校簡稱 + Student Association 、 學校簡稱 + Student Union 或 學校簡稱 + Student Government
    例如: 國立臺灣大學學生會 (NTU Student Association) 、 UCLA Student Union、Duke Student Government

• 高級中學學生代表聯合會 (學聯會)、班級聯合自治會 (班聯會) 的英文:
  • (1) 學校全名 + Student Association、Student Association of 學校全名
    例如: 高雄中學學生聯合自治會 KSSA (Kaohsiung Senior High School Student Association)、高雄市立中正高級中學學生代表聯合會 (The Student Association of Jhong Jheng Senior High School)
  • (2) 學校全名 + Student Union
    例如: 高雄高工學生代表聯合會 KISU (Kaohsiung Industrial High School Student Union)
• 學生活動中心的英文: student activity center。

立法部門

立法部門 (Legislative Branch)

• 學生議會、學生代表大會 Student Parliament, the student congress, Student Council, Student Conference,
  • 職位: 學生議會議長 the speaker(president) of the student congress
  • 職位: 學生議會副議長 the vice-president of the student congress
  • 職位: 學生議員、學生代表 Student Council Parliamentarian, the members of the student congress, Student Representative, Student Senator
• 秘書處
  • 職位: 秘書長 the secretary general、secretariat
• 委員會 the committee, commission
  • 議會調查委員會 ex: Parliamentary Commision of Inquiry

• 學生會行政部門 Associated Students' Executive Council / Executive Branch
  • 職位: 學生會會長 the president of the student association (同義詞: Student Government President, Student Body President, Student Council President, student president; 相似詞: 已當選但尚未就任的會長 president-elect; 已卸任的會長 past president )
  • 職位: 學生會副會長 the vice-president of the student association
  • 職位: ____部 部長 Officer of ____ department (同義詞: minister of ____ department)

  • 職位: 財務 Treasurer
