檔案命名規則建議[edit]
Revisions
- 內部團隊偕作的文件，如果需要儲存為檔案，建議檔名 xxx_日期_誰改的。
- 建議可以改採用 Google Drive, HackMD, Dropbox Paper, Notion, Git 版本管理 或 WikiWiki 等其他線上偕作服務或軟體，方便管理與記錄不同時間的版本。
Releases
- 當檔案寄給外部單位時，檔案視作重要釋出，儘管後續可能版本更新，但是為了方便可能的後續溝通，建議檔名 xxx_(寄給誰)_日期
