使用FinePrint列印PPT。將FinePrint輸出成PDF檔，然後再用別台電腦的印表機列印(別台電腦未安裝FinePrint)。
列印到FinePrint[edit]
- 打開PPT檔, 列印到FinePrint
- 可不用勾選「列印註解和筆跡標記」。此時不需額外設定。
設定FinePrint[edit]
(耗時約20分鐘), 出現FinePrint設定畫面
- 版面: 選4合1頁
- 順序: 左到右
- 可不用選雙面列印
印表機選(列印前須先安裝...)
PDFCreator(免費軟體)、或- Adobe PDF (for Adobe Acrobat v.7; 如果是Acrobat v.5 則選 Adobe distiller)，點選列印後關閉
輸出成PDF檔[edit]
(約1分鐘內) 詢問產生的pdf檔要儲存到硬碟哪裡，確定後開始產生PDF檔(約8分鐘)
以上時間僅供參考，此處簡報為38頁，約5.8MB。
- 錯誤訊息排解
FinePrint無法列印成一面紙有6個簡報(2欄x3列), 所以可改用Adobe reader內的列印選項
- 列印選項 -> 頁面處理:: 頁面縮放: 每張紙列印多頁
- 每張紙列印的張數: 自訂: 2x3 (圖示)
