壓縮簡報檔 Microsoft PowerPoint (.PPT)的檔案大小[edit]

PowerPoint 2003[edit]

  1. 在簡報的任何一張圖片上，按右鍵選擇設定圖片格式。
  2. 切換到「圖片」標籤，點選壓縮按鈕。
    • 選擇套用至「文件中的所有圖片」
    • 變更解析度: 選擇「Web/畫面」 (解析度: 96dpi)
  3. 然後按「確定」
