將多張影像轉成單一 PDF 檔的步驟

步驟1: 多個影像 -> 轉換成多個 PDF 檔

1. Finder 選擇多張影像
2. 按 ⌘ command + ↓ ，打開「預覽程式」
3. 按 ⌘ command + a 選擇所有縮圖
4. 選單: 檔案 -> 輸出所選影像 注意，不是選擇「輸出為 PDF 」，因為只會輸出一張圖為 PDF
5. 選項: 格式選擇 PDF
6. 建議建立新資料夾，放置 PDF 檔
7. 按 ⌘ 選擇。將會產生多個 PDF 檔

步驟2: 多個PDF -> 合併成一個 PDF 檔

方案1: 合併 PDF 檔案的軟體

方案2:

1. Finder 切換到 PDF 資料夾，選擇多個 PDF 檔
2. 按 ⌘ command + ↓ ，打開「預覽程式」
3. 滾動捲軸，到最後一頁 PDF 縮圖
4. 按 ⌘ command + a 選擇所有縮圖
5. 將選取的所有縮圖，拖曳到最後一頁縮圖內。將會堆疊全部 PDF 頁面。
6. 選取最後一頁 PDF 縮圖。選單: 檔案 -> 輸出為 PDF。

How to convert many images to one PDF with Preview on Mac

step1: multiple images -> PDF files

1. Finder: Select multiple images
2. Press ⌘ command + ↓ to open multiple images with Preview
3. Press ⌘ command + a to select all thumbnail images.
4. File menu and choose “Export Selected Images…”
5. Format: Choose "PDF"
6. Suggest to create a new folder for saving PDF files
7. Press ⌘ choose. It will generates multiple PDF files

step2: combine multiple PDF files to one PDF file

1. Finder: Switch to the pdf folder and select multiple PDF files
2. Press ⌘ command + ↓ to open multiple PDF files with Preview
3. Scroll down to the last PDF thumbnail
4. Press ⌘ command + a to select all PDF thumbnails.
5. Drag the selected all PDF thumbnails INTO the last PDF thumbnail.
6. Select the the last PDF thumbnail. File menu and choose “Export PDF”
