(1) 使用者意見
# 搜尋 "主機服務名稱 sucks" 或 "主機服務名稱 斷線"等關鍵字，可以找到網友針對該主機服務的抱怨文
# 搜尋 黑心主機商 ex: [https://www.google.com.tw/#q=%E9%BB%91%E5%BF%83%E4%B8%BB%E6%A9%9F%E5%95%86 Google 搜尋: 黑心主機商]
# 觀察官方的論壇上，使用者意見回覆的效率

(2) 考慮日後跳船的可能
* 建議不要用主機廠商提供的free domain, 有自己的 domain (domain mapping, 自訂網域) 會比較好, 方便日後轉移不同主機廠商的服務

(3) 評比/工具
