== 重複使力傷害 ==
「重複使力傷害」(RSI, Repetitive Strain Injury) - 由於長期重複、用力或笨拙的手部動作，而造成的累積性創傷疾病(Cumulative Trauma Disorder)，再加上不良的工作姿勢和姿態、不合用的傢俱、設計不佳的鍵盤、沉重或快速的工作負擔，於是構築出嚴重傷害的舞台－肩、頸、前臂和手部的肌肉、肌腱 (Tendons)和神經受到損傷，致使患者感到疼痛、無力、麻木或是運動機能受損(Impairment of Motor Control)。(資料來源：誰會得到RSI？ — [http://health.yam.com/article.asp?channelid=8&serial=2013 工人的疾病]。)
