只針對[我的文件]更新索引

ex2: C:\tweakgds\TweakGDS.exe /complete "C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\My Documents"
只針對[我的文件]更新索引，並刪除cache

• 不用裝程式的方法: reinstall GDS
