- 檔案使用錯誤型態(ASCII/Binary)傳送，儘管多數ftp可以自動判斷傳輸型態, 但是如果檔案沒有副檔名, 可能導致軟體誤判, 通常應該使用ASCII

- (1) 信還沒寄, (2) 信已經寄了, 但是網路問題, 你還沒收到, (3) 信已經寄了, 但是你的電子郵件網域名稱, 疑似中毒被擋, 請向email服務商反應 (4) 信對方已經收到, 但是他設定了篩選器(filter), 放在收信夾以外的信件夾, 而他自己忘了有設定filter這回事, 請他用郵件軟體內附的搜尋功能
