程式名稱	說明	缺點
WinRAR	提供命令列功能，可放在排定的工作，自動備份。	當檔案寫入時，無法進行備份 下命令變數 -dh 即可強制備份仍由其他程式開啟的檔案
MS內建的備份公用程式	提供工作排程，可自動備份	當檔案寫入時，無法進行備份。副檔名為bkf，不易交換
