法1: 使用javascript指定外部連結(本身已有class="urlextern"屬性)需用新視窗開啟[edit]

法2: 修改介面翻譯檔使用HTML語法[edit]
- enable html markup
- conf/local.php
$conf['htmlok'] = 1;
- modify the translation file (UTF-8 without BOM)
- inc/lang/en/edit.txt (or inc/lang/zh-tw/edit.txt)
