Editing Rebuild error of movabletype

An error occurred:

message1:
 寫入 '/path/atom.xml.new' 時失敗: 開啟本地端檔案 '/path/atom.xml.new' 時失敗: No such file or directory

or message 2:
 Writing to 'C:\appserv\www\hc\index.html.new' failed: Opening local file 'C:\appserv\www\hc\index.html.new' failed: No such file or directory 

解決之道：
# 檢查資料夾路徑是否輸入正確，如果沒有該資料夾的話，建議手動建立
# mt.cfg uncomment 該行 NoTempFiles 1
