使用Internet Explorer({{IE}})瀏覽網頁，點選滑鼠右鍵未出現選單，也無法選取文字。


* 法1: 改用[[MozillaFirefox|Mozilla Firefox]]({{Fx}})試試可否選取文字。

* 法2: Bookmarklet[http://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/zap.html][http://my.opera.com/eazie/blog/show.dml/371606]: restore context menu

* 法3: 關閉Javascript

** IE: 網際網路選項 --> 安全性: 調為高安全性。(複製完文字後，建議調為中安全性)
** IE: 網際網路選項 --> 安全性 --> 訂定層級 --> 指令碼處理: Active scripting: 停用。即可出現選單與選取文字。(複製完文字後，建議重新啟用該選項)

* 法4: 另存新檔
** IE儲存失敗時，可以嘗試使用MS Frontpage或Fx。

如果上述方法不可行

* 法1: 檢視頁面資訊，將網頁內嵌的媒體(圖片、flash等)另存新檔
** Fx: 上方選單: 「工具」 -> 「頁面資訊」 -> 切換到「媒體」標籤，檢視網頁內嵌的媒體列表(圖片、flash等)，點選你要的媒體然後另存新檔。

* 法2: 檢視暫存檔所在目錄
** IE v6: 網際網路選項 --> 一般: 檢視暫存目錄檔(Temporary Internet files)所在位置(通常是 C:\Documents and Settings\電腦帳號\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files)。
** Fx v2: 在網址列輸入about:cache 然後點選 List Cache Entries 就會列出目前存放在電腦硬碟的暫存檔，再輸入檔案的[[FileExtensions|副檔名]]尋找。 (不建議直接開資料夾 C:\Documents and Settings\電腦帳號\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\亂數文字\Cache)
