== NGO == 以網誌作為非營利組織的群眾對話平台與訊息傳播工具 ([http://ethesys.lib.cyut.edu.tw/ETD-db/ETD-search-c/view_etd?URN=etd-0629106-044929 沈彥良, 2005]) # 具備較低的進入門檻與學習曲線。 # 網誌特有的串連運動與RSS的訊息聚合與再發送的功能，可以產生比單一網站更大的訊息傳播效果。 # 透過回溯引用及迴響功能，讓每位閱聽人都可以參與議題的討論。 # 議題經由對話，形成輿論，進而產生改變社會的力量。 # 此外，RSS還提供了較友善的訊息傳播方式，解決電子郵件傳播資訊帶來的困擾。
