方法
* 另存成「Excel 二進位活頁簿格式 (*.xlsb)」使用 Excel 還是可以打開。檔案變小很多，例如 2.8 MB 壓縮成約 750 KB。
* 如果大量儲存格內使用函數，建議備份檔案後，可以全選貼上值，達到縮小檔案效果，檔案的開啟也會變快。
* {{exclaim}} 另存成「Excel 97-2003 活頁簿 (*.xls)」檔案反而會變大，例如，例如 2.8 MB變成 4.7 MB。
