== 心智圖的缺點 == 你的思考方式與我的思考方式不同。雖然市面上心智圖書籍提供了結構性的框架，但人們在繪製心智圖時往往採用非常自由的風格，導致圖上的各個節點的呈現、切割節點的資料顆粒度 (granularity)、其下的階層性關係相對不一致。 心智圖也許比較適合個人使用，但若要與他人溝通則可能導致理解上的困難。比起使用心智圖，採用業界更為慣用的其他圖表來進行溝通會更為有效，例如使用顧客旅程圖 (user journey map) 等。
