濫用和侵權舉報的英文訊息範本

操作步驟

• 網頁截圖備份: 可使用 網頁備份服務 或 視窗畫面截圖
  • 建議使用瀏覽器的無痕模式，截圖需能看出:冒用的品牌 logo、要求輸入帳號/手機/驗證碼的表單、以及網址列
• 尋找該服務的「濫用和侵權舉報」(Report abuse) 或「使用條款」 (Term of use) 頁面，閱讀違反的條款
• 尋找該服務的聯絡信箱、管理者聯絡方式或者視線上檢舉表單

案例1:向網域商檢舉盜用品牌

• 檢舉表單: {網域商檢舉頁網址}
• 注意:有些網域商寄到 abuse@ 信箱的信不受理，須走線上表單送出

This domain hosts a credential-phishing page impersonating {品牌名}. It displays
{品牌名}'s logo and a fake "authorization/vote" login screen that harvests victims'
mobile phone numbers and SMS one-time verification (OTP) codes. A second page
("誘餌頁名稱 / lure page") is used to drive victims into the fake authorization flow.

Captured OTP codes enable attacker takeover of victims' {品牌名} and linked accounts.
This violates your acceptable-use policy and constitutes fraud/phishing.

Please suspend this domain and preserve logs for law enforcement.
