PPT2PDF - PPT轉成PDF有兩種方式

列印到印表機

• 列印到印表機(Acrobat Distiller[Acrobat5版]、Adobe PDF[Acrobat7版])，這種方式會使得文字內嵌其中的網址資訊消失，變成有底線的藍色文字，卻無法點選到原連結
• 除非把網址一五一十呈現 ex: http://www.google.com

透過Acrobat PDFMaker 轉檔

• 安裝完Acrobat，在MS Powerpoint會增加一工具列PDFMaker，點選其中的「Convert to PDF」就可避免上述網址資訊消失的缺點。經測試英文連結轉換順利，但是中文連結的文字有個小問題，行內連結會轉換失敗，如下例:

• 解決方式(1): 連結能完整地佔據該行。例:
  • 臺灣大學圖書館－ 新進館藏選介
• 解決方式(2): 使用Adobe acrobat link tool修復
