Goal: the permission of upload files with time limit

• Owl Intranet Engine
• Invision Power File Manager

• Forum (ex: phpBB or IVB) + Module of Upload Files -> lock board by hand (random filename?) or Automatically lock

the key point may be the ACL (XOOPS Lite possible?)
