macOS : ⌘ command + tab
Win : alt + tab

Refresh the screen

macOS : fn + F5 to refresh the file list for FTP client / ⌘ command + r to refresh the webpage for web browser
Win : F5 / ⌘ ctrl + r

Print/Capture the screen^[1]

Capture the full screen: macOS : ⌘ command + ⇧ Shift + 3 / Win : PrintScreen
Capture the selected region: macOS : ⌘ command + ⇧ Shift + 4 / Win : ?
Capture the selected application window: macOS : ⌘ command + ⇧ Shift + 4 -> SPACE to select the window / Win : Alt + PrintScreen
