=== Troubleshooting for Google Translator Toolkit === 狀況1：上傳詞彙表 CSV 檔案後，出現 service unavailable 訊息 * 處理方式: 其實 CSV 檔有順利上傳，直接點選「詞彙」目錄，約數分鐘後會出現上傳的檔案 狀況2：詞彙表「與其他人共用」，加入多個 email 後，平台一開始顯示在「處理共用」，經過一段時間後，出現「處理時間逾時訊息」，沒有順利加入別人的 email * 處理方式: 減少加入的 email 數量，然後分批加入 狀況3: 翻譯的文件無法套用他人分享的詞彙表 * 處理方式: 請對方分享詞彙表時，需要將預設的分享權限「協作者」更改為「是擁有者」 狀況4: 詞彙表的分享再分享：第一層下線雖然有設定分享給第二層下線「是擁有者」，但是第二層下線點選詞彙表邀請信的連結，卻看到「沒有權限存取」訊息。點選「詞彙」目錄，也沒有看到他人分享的詞彙表 * 處理方式: 不要由第一層下線設定分享，改成由最初上傳詞彙表的使用者，直接加入第二層下線的 email 名單。 狀況5: 上傳文件後，遇到「Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties. This might take a while. 正在轉換您的檔案，以便在「 Translator Toolkit」上使用。 請注意，可能無法保留部分原始格式。」但是遲遲沒有轉換成功 * 處理方式: 經過一個晚上，轉換成功。 (2014-11-11)
